Job Summary:

Assists in administration and coordination efforts of the projects within Commercial Operations. Assists in administration and coordination of the project management toolkit and repository for the Commercial Excellence project portfolio. He/she will be a high functioning, adaptable resource for the team and will assist in coordinating project tasks and calendars as part of the Acelity Commercial Operations team.

Principle Responsibilities: (essential job duties and responsibilities)

  • Project Meeting Coordinating
  • Project Calendar Coordinating
  • Project Tool administration
  • Commercial Excellence Repository administration
  • Project/Department Documentation Administration/Facilitation

Skills and Experiences:

  • Experience in meeting coordination
  • Experience in meeting documentation
  • Experience in task administration and coordination
  • Strong interpersonal skills; fluent and able to communicate in all forms
  • Self-motivated
  • Enrolled in an Graduate major in Masters of Business Administration
  • Completed 1st  year.
  • Experience with MS Office applications including:  Word, Excel, & Outlook


  • Enrolled in an Graduate major in Masters of Business Administration (completed 1st year) or enrolled in an undergraduate major in Business, Engineering, or similar (completed 3rd year)
  • Project Title: CRM Transformation Program
