Job Description

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manages logistics and KCI presence at Americas local, regional and national events including:
    • National Conferences & Symposiums
    • Regional Conferences
    • KCI Programs; focus groups and ad boards
    • National & Regional Customer Education Events
    • Hotel, meeting room & restaurant requirements
  • Works with teams to manage all Legal & Compliance requirements for events
  • Works with Legal & Compliance to assemble all required documentation
    • Invitations, sign-in sheets and other event requirements
    • Create needs assessment forms
    • Internal Request Form process
    • Meeting Planning Request process
    • Executive summary & post-mortem reports
  • Responsible for content management & communication with internal departments and conference attendees
  • Manages the gathering of and maintaining of event app content
  • Responsible for the budget management of events, meetings, conferences and other marketing initiatives
    • Create and manage PO’s
    • Ensure payments and invoices are processed correctly, including HCP payments
    • Work with Finance and Accounts Payable to reconcile budget/expenses
  • Manages supplier and vendor relationships including exhibitor, printing and promotional suppliers
    • Responsible for ordering, management and distribution demo products for trade shows
    • Manages all marketing materials, sales tools and online marketing resources including Print-on-Demand and digital marketing collateral applications
    • Works with marketing department to ensure materials remain current that are available on marketing portal and are regularly reviewed and refreshed Working knowledge RFP processes
  • Coordinates field mailings as required; creates distribution lists, coordinates packages and mailings
  • Other duties as assigned by the Channel Marketing, Project Management & Convention teams

 

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS/ABILITIES

~Bachelor degree in Marketing or Business

~ 2 years experience in a similar work-related capacity

~ Exceptional interpersonal skills at all levels including sales, marketing, administration, and external customers

~ Experience working with cross-functional teams

~ Excellent communication; verbal and written

~ Must maintain complete confidentiality and discretion in business relationships and exercise sound business judgement

~ Ability to build global company relationships

~ Strong organizational and planning skills, ability to work under deadlines

~ Skilled in Microsoft Office: Excel, PowerPoint, Word

~ Maintains awareness of changes and development in healthcare practices and processes

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bilingualism in English, French, Spanish, Portuguese is an asset

Working conditions are typical of an office environment, with overtime required as necessary.
