Strategic Marketing Manager, Customer Portals

Job Description

The Strategic Marketing Manager, Customer Portals position is responsible for:

  • Developing and executing a strategy that creates a digital, online customer experience for providers, patients, and payors who engage in Acelity Digital Health Solutions

Primary Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Define customer needs and preferences across segments for digital engagement
  • Identify and analyze all market drivers affecting adoption of digital engagement in the care of wound patients for each segment
  • Design applications and portals that effectively engage customers in Acelity Digital Health Solutions
  • Develop business cases and monetization strategies for customer portals
  • Lead cross-functional teams to develop and effectively launch solutions
  • Lead organizational alignment on best technology platforms to support solutions
  • Ensure integration and alignment of solutions with broader Acelity Digital Health strategy
  • Effectively communicate changes in critical environmental factors and market drivers for appropriate strategy development and/or adjustment
  • Develop marketing, promotion, and sales strategy for customer portals
  • Identify opportunities to form strategic partnerships in market place that improve adoption of Acelity developed solutions
  • Serve as consultant to broader organization in the development of any digital customer experience

Position Qualification Requirements:

Basic Qualifications:

·         Bachelors Degree in Marketing or related field

·         At least 6 years of marketing experience with a BA/BS or 4-7 years of experience with an MBA

·         At least 2 years of experience in the development of digital solutions in healthcare

·         Clear understanding of the regulatory environment surrounding digital health

·         Strong understanding of US healthcare and reimbursement system

·         Experience with Microsoft Office applications including:  Word, Excel, & Outlook

Other Position Qualifications:

In addition to the basic qualifications listed above, the following other position qualifications are required:

·         Experience identifying market trends and developing strategies

·         Experience identifying Market Driver and Economics

·         Experience creating sales tools and presentations

·         Demonstrated communication and presentation skills

·         Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills

·         Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in all business dealings with co-workers

Preferred Qualifications:

In addition to the basic qualifications and other required qualifications listed above, the following preferred qualifications also exist:

·         Masters Degree in Marketing or related field
